Biography
Kent is responsible for managing the office and workforce for PCL Builders Inc. in Edmonton, including WCB, forecasting, recruiting, training, career development, labor relations, and payroll. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he was formerly a foreman, superintendent, and workforce manager with another company. He is a Red Seal journeyman carpenter and sits on the Registered Apprenticeship Program and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Millwork and Carpentry Advisory committees.
