Biography
Mauricio is responsible for all of the Water Infrastructure Group's projects in Florida and operates out of PCL's Tampa office. Mauricio began his career with PCL as an intern in 2003 on the Randolph Park Water Reclamation Facility in Tucson, Arizona. Over the past 14 years, Mauricio has held numerous roles, including project manager, special projects manager, and construction manager. Mauricio graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering and obtained a master's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.​
