Biography
In 2017, Paul was promoted to district manager for PCL Regina. He joined PCL in 1997, after which time he served in various capacities before transferring to PCL Calgary in 2006 to take on the role of senior project manager. He became operations manager there in 2013. Paul holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering and a master of science degree in construction engineering management from the University of Alberta.​ ​
