Biography
As district manager, Rick leads the successful operations of PCL’s Florida Buildings Group which includes offices in Orlando and Miami. Rick spearheaded the addition of a dedicated preconstruction department and the incorporation of new technologies on jobsites to achieve complete client satisfaction time and again on a range of projects throughout the southeastern US. He joined PCL in 1997 as a project engineer and has gone on to serve in various leadership roles while working on many of PCL’s landmark projects in the US, including world-renowned entertainment and hospitality facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida.
