Biography
As president and chief operating officer, Canadian and Australian Operations, Rob is responsible for the performance of PCL’s Buildings and Civil Infrastructure sectors for Canada and Australia. Rob previously held the position of COO, Buildings, where he was responsible for the performance of the organization’s Buildings operations across all borders. Rob is a member of PCL’s Office of the CEO, a group that includes the top senior executive management and leadership of PCL. He began his PCL career in Edmonton in 1987 as a project coordinator before being appointed Winnipeg district manager and then vice president in Toronto. He was made president of Central and Eastern Canada Buildings in 2007 and president of Western Canadian Buildings in 2009. He became a member of PCL’s board of directors in 2009. Rob holds a civil engineering diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and is a Canadian Construction Association (CCA) Gold Seal certified project manager. ​
