Biography
Todd brings nearly 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as senior vice president and district manager of PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (Toronto). He has led major projects in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick, and from 2012-2014, he fulfilled the duties of district manager for PCL’s newest full-service district office in Saskatoon. Todd studied architectural engineering at the Saskatchewan Institute for Applied Science and Technology, is Gold Seal-certified in project management by the Canadian Construction Association, and coauthored a white paper on virtual design and construction (VDC). Todd applies the substantial knowledge he has gained of project delivery methods to meet each client’s unique needs in the civil, commercial, institutional, and light industrial sectors, as well as in PCL’s Special Projects division. To give back to the industry, he has served as a board director for the Ottawa General Contractors Association, the Saskatoon Construction Association, and the Saskatchewan Construction Association.
