Biography
As regional vice president, Tom oversees district operations for PCL’s Water Infrastructure Group throughout the United States. Tom joined PCL in 1989 and has been managing water infrastructure projects for over 30 years. He received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Arizona State University and is involved in many contracting associations, including the American Society for Civil Engineers, Design-Build Institute of America, and the Arizona chapters of Associated General Contractors and America Public Works Association.
