Biography
Richard Glover is President of PepsiCo Beverages Canada, having assumed this role in February, 2011. Richard has responsibility for PepsiCo Canada's bottling organization and its beverage portfolio of brands including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7UP, Aquafina, Lipton, Tropicana and Gatorade. This position combines the experience of two go-to-market systems via the Bottlers and warehouse distribution. Richard joined PepsiCo in 1994 with Hostess Frito-Lay, and has since gained a wealth of foods and beverages experience through a number of diverse roles in Marketing, Sales and General Management across four countries and five different businesses. In 2007 Richard accepted the role of Business Unit General Manager for PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand. During his tenure, he led significant People and Business accomplishments, while also growing market share, resulting in a number of global PepsiCo awards and acknowledgements. In July, 2010 Richard returned to Canada to lead PepsiCo Beverages Canada's field bottling team as Chief Operating Officer. Richard holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He is also a member of The Canadian Beverage Association Board of Directors.
