Alex Davidson (non-executive Director)

Biography

 Alex Davidson joined Perseus in April 2016 following the scheme of arrangement between Amara and its shareholders becoming effective. Mr Davidson has more than 25 years’ experience in designing, implementing and managing gold and base metal exploration and acquisition programmes throughout the world. Prior to joining Perseus, Mr Davidson spent four years as Non-Executive Director at Amara Mining. He also served as Executive Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development for Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold producer and as Vice President, Exploration for Metall Mining Corporation.

 Mr Davidson is a director of Yamana Gold, Capital Drilling, US Silver & Gold, Volta Resources, MBAC Fertilizer Corp and Orca Gold.
