Biography

Ben focuses on voice of the customer research leading to highly aligned client requirements that support organizational needs. Over the past 15 years, Ben has a proven record of accomplishment in the areas of team leradership, project management, architecture and development, bridging the gap between client needs and technlogical implementation while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. He has achieved this in the private and public sectors across multiple continents, supporting various levels of Government, as well as small and medium businesses across varous sectors including pre-IPO firms. His passion is spending as much time as possible with his young children.
