Biography

Lesly-Ann is a performance driven, coaching evangelist. No stranger to the executive suite, she became an executive in her mid-twenties in the competitive world of big box retail. Lesley-Ann’s clients are highly complex and intense individuals whose life is anything but normal. She knows what it takes to live in the extreme. Last summer she cycled across Canada and has run 125km mountain marathons with a very small headlamp. She has invested thousands of hours in coaching senior leaders and their teams. Described as the CEO’s coach, “Whom do you go to when everyone comes to you?” Lesley-Ann’s unique blend of backbone and heart creates a space for leaders to be bolder, more authentic and to empower those they lead. She has facilitated hundreds of corporate partnerships at the most senior levels of the world’s largest food companies – Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Nestle. Contracts in excess of $50 million and managing sales of over $2.5 billion were negotiated based on dynamic, collaborative partnerships.
