Biography
Ruth Smith joined PRHC's board as a Community Member at Large in June 2015. She is a graduate of Carleton University and received her Masters degree at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. After 28 years in a variety of teaching and administrative positions, Ruth retired from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2001. Ruth has also volunteered on numerous boards and committees, including YWCA, Community Care, Grandmothers Together, the Mount Community Centre and the Riverview Park and Zoo. She spends her leisure time travelling with her husband, Hugh.
