Biography

Livio Di Francesco has been appointed to the role of Vice President & General Manager for Paladin Labs as of Dec 19, 2016. Livio joined Paladin in May 2015 as Vice President, Finance, serving as the business segment's Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for Paladin's financial planning, reporting and analysis around the segment's financial results, along with the support of his talented team. Prior to joining Paladin, Livio held financial leadership positions at Rheinmetall Defence, Valeant Canada, Tyco Suppression Systems and Siemens Canada. Livio has a proven track record in acquisitions, consolidating of ERP platforms, and enhancing standardized reporting. Throughout his career, Livio has demonstrated a strong ability to solve complex business issues and has successfully built effective finance teams. Livio holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec and completed the CMA designation in 1992.
