Biography
Mr. Leon F. La Prairie is Independent Director of Darnley Bay Resources Limited. He is a professional Engineer and holds a degree in Mining Geology from the University of Toronto's Applied Science and Engineering faculty, 1951. He is a director of Peat Resources Limited, was the President from 1980 to 2005 and Chair to 2013, a publicly listed TSX Venture issuer. He is a founding director and past President and Chair of Darnley Bay Resources Limited. He has worked to secure exploration and mine financing for many junior resource companies.
