Biography
Mr. Kerry J. Knoll has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Darnley Bay Resources Ltd., effective January 31, 2013. Mr. Knoll has worked in the mining industry for 28 years, as a company founder and executive, and journalist. He is currently Chairman of Canada Lithium Corp. and Co-Chairman of Stonegate Agricom Ltd. He co-founded Blue Pearl Mining Ltd. (now Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc.). He was also the co-founder of Glencairn Gold Corporation (now B2 Gold Corp.) and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc.).
