Biography
Jaime has extensive experience in the design and construction of engineering projects in a wide range of industries. His previous experience includes projects for the pulp & paper, forestry, oil & gas, chemicals, aerospace and steel industries. Jaime previously conducted research projects pertaining to the hydrodynamic effects o the rotor in a pulp pressure screen for inclusion in his MASc thesis. Subsequently, Jaime has designed and implemented various projects as the Mechanical Lead and/or Project Manager with increasing level of complexity and responsibility. Jaime holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Management from ITESM in Mexico, and M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Jaime also holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Jaime is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
