Biography
Dr. Wanasundara specializes in the extraction, isolation and purification of lipids, fats, oils and associated components from oilseeds, algae and yeastâ€based biomass. He holds a B.Sc. (Agriculture) from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, as well as a M.Sc. (Food Science) and Ph.D. (Food Science) from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Canada.
