Biography
Dr. Wanasundara specializes in the extraction, isolation and purification of lipids, fats, oils and associated components from oilseeds, algae and yeastâ€based biomass. He holds a B.Sc. (Agriculture) from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, as well as a M.Sc. (Food Science) and Ph.D. (Food Science) from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Canada. Dr. Wanasundara specializes in the extraction, isolation and purification of lipids, fats, oils and associated components from oilseeds, algae and yeastâ€based biomass. He holds a B.Sc.
