The MMOR System Inc. is building The MMOR System Showcase Tank Farm Project in Sexsmith, Alberta Canada. This Showcase Tank Farm Project is to demonstrate the capabilities of the MMOR System, which is a mobile modular oil refinery, that processes hydrocarbons, of various API percentages into sweet condensate ready for market. This Tank Farm Project, we call our Showcase will be self sustaining processing plant located near the CN railway, at Emerson trail just outside of Sexsmith, near Grande Prairie. This is a strategic location for future development of a railway spur off the CN railway nearby. This Tank Farm Project will incorporate a number of business development purposes, one it serves as a demonstration model for our Turnkey operational licenses we are offering to the oil producers for utilization of our system on their lease facility. Two this Tank Farm Project, will provide a training facility for those operators that have purchased a license to operate "The MMOR System". Thirdly, it will become our head office and base of operations for the future development of the CN railway spur for the Country of Grande Prairie. Fourthly, it will provide a number of jobs for the region. And produce a profit by the processing of the hydrocarbons which will be an economical way to develop the railway spur by using the extra revenue. This unit operation is not for business competition it is to serve as a complement to area business and provide an avenue for existing waste oil treatment facilities to expand to the global markets. This Tank Farm Project is to all so serve as a base of operations to bring in new development of rail traffic toward Grande Prairie, Alberta something the county is looking forward to.
