Biography
Mr. Meltzer is a non-executive director on the boards of a number of private companies. Mr. Meltzer is also a director on the board of the Australian-Israel Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman of Independence Australia (previously Paraquad). Mr. Meltzer is Chairman of our Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Meltzer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and a Master of Economics degree from Monash University.
