Alain Raquepas

Biography

Mr. Alain Raquepas, CA, BCC served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance & Administration at Royal Canadian Mint. Mr. Raquepas served as the Chief Financial Officer of CAE Inc., from February 11, 2005 to May 2011 and its Vice President of Finance from February 2005 to May 2011. Mr. Raquepas served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of CAE Inc., from October 31, 2004 to February 2005 and its Vice President of Military Simulation and Training from 2001 to 2005. He has been Chairman and Director of Presagis Canada Inc. (formerly, Presagis Inc. and 'Engenuity Technologies, Inc.') since April 18, 2007. Mr. Raquepas has been a Chartered Accountant since 1990 with previous experience in audit and tax consulting services. He has over 20 years of experience in areas of accounting, treasury, taxation, information technologies and merger and acquisitions and was recognized in 2005 as one of Canada’s top 40 under 40 leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal, a law degree (LL.B) from the Université de Montréal and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
