Biography
Mr. Steven Boyack, also known as Steve, CPA, CA served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at The Second Cup Ltd. from September 11, 2013 to January 2, 2015. Mr. Boyack served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Vice President of Finance at Second Cup from June 24, 2013 to September 11, 2013. Mr. Boyack served as Senior Vice President Sales & Operations and Chief Financial Officer of The Source holding. Mr. Boyack served as the Chief Financial Officer of Priszm Inc. - Administrator of Priszm Income Fund from March 17, 2008 to October 2, 2009. Mr. Boyack was experienced in finance, strategic planning, information technology, e-commerce and logistics and he has an excellent fit with Priszm's growth strategy moving forward.
