Biography
Jeff has almost 30 years of securities industry experience, including senior positions with major Canadian firms, including Scotia Capital and TD Securities, in such areas as securities underwriting, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and asset management. He founded Robson Capital Management in 2003, an independent investment firm which focuses on developing innovative investment vehicles, and which acts as exempt market dealer, portfolio manager and/or investment fund manager for various domestic and foreign investment funds. Jeff also acts as independent director of offshore funds through Bell Rock Group, a Cayman-based corporate and directorship services firm, and is registered as a Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the CFA Institute and Toronto CFA Society, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
