Dr. Mahshad Koohgoli, Ph.D serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Nimcat Networks, Inc. Dr. Koohgoli founded Nimcat Networks in 2002 and also serves as a Director. He also serves at Purple Angel. He co-founded Protecode Inc. in 2006 and serves as its the Chief Executive Officer. As the Chief Executive Officer of Nimcat Networks, Dr. Koohgoli completed its acquisition by Avaya Inc. in 2005. He has over 25 years experience in the telecommunication industry.
