David Huh

Biography

I am a long-term, strategic thinker with an ability to deliver on planned initiatives but also manage emergent issues and opportunities. Over the course of 23 years, I have had a progressive career serving healthcare, research, academic and finance organizations. I am a dynamic leader and engage all stakeholders in an authentic, conscientious and meaningful manner.  Currently, I am the Senior Director of Client Services, IMITS, serving the Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health and Providence Health Care, reporting to the Chief Information Officer. I am responsible for the customer experience and the delivery of a consolidated tier two Service Desk and service centre, workspace device services, switchboard services, business continuity/disaster recovery planning and IT Service Management. I establish and maintain relationships with a complex network of clinical, business and technical stakeholders and their partners to enhance services within the Health Authorities.
