Biography
Dr. Mark Bazett is the Director of the Qu Biologics Preclinical and Translation Research team, where he leads the in-house preclinical science, plus manages external preclinical collaborations with Qu’s network of academic and industry partners. Dr. Bazett completed his doctoral training at McGill University’s prestigious Meakins Christie Laboratories, where he investigated the link between the bacteria that reside in the intestine, and the lung immune response in Cystic Fibrosis. Dr. Bazett is a respiratory immunologist who has worked and published in a wide range of respiratory diseases including Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer.
