Biography
Mike Warnock has held numerous positions in both small start-up companies as well as large, publicly held companies. After being awarded a B.Sc. Degree in Microbiology from the University of California, San Diego, Mike began his career at Biosite Diagnostics with a focus in manufacturing, process development, and product transfer for the Triage® DOA, Cardiac, and BNP product lines. At Genicon Sciences Corporation, he was responsible for development and set-up of the manufacturing processes for the differential expression product line based on the company’s proprietary resonance light scattering technology. Mike was also an integral part of the team at Iris Molecular Diagnostics that developed and achieved FDA clearance for an immuno-polymerase chain reaction diagnostic test (NADiA® ProsVue™) for the detection of prostate cancer recurrence. Additionally, he worked in Operations at Quidel Corporation, Meso Scale Diagnostics, and Beckman Coulter. Mike is an inventor on multiple patents for the lyophilization and processing of electrochemiluminescent reagents utilized for diagnostic and drug discovery applications. Mike joined Qvella in January 2016 and is responsible for manufacturing operations.
