Irene is President at Aligned People Strategies Inc and an associate of Stratford Managers.  From start-ups to Fortune 500, Irene has been providing practical business and people solutions to a broad spectrum of organizations. She is a skilled facilitator, advisor, coach, ombudsperson, strategist and implementer who helps organizations be more effective through strategic HR planning. Irene aligns her HR practices with a company’s direction, with a focus on employee engagement and human resources risk management.  The best part of a job for Irene is empowering her clients with effective HR practices that support their organization’s success.  Irene is a specialist in building HR functions from scratch and restructuring human resources departments to increase efficiency. She is an HR generalist who has kept the companies she has worked for union-free.
