Biography
Dr. Carol Aziz has over 19 years of consulting experience in Canada and the US. She specializes in assessment and remediation of industrial, commercial and military sites impacted by a broad range of contaminants, including chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, PAHs and perchlorate. She has directed site assessments, remedial options evaluations, remedial designs, groundwater modeling, technology evaluations, vapour intrusion and indoor air quality surveys, treatability tests, pilot tests and full-scale remediation. Carol has led the development, design and implementation of several bioremediation technologies and has developed environmental software (BIOCHLOR) distributed through USEPA.
