Biography
Rakesh Singh has over 25 years of extensive experience in air quality modelling, emission inventory development, mobile and stationary source emissions, and analysis of ambient air quality monitoring data. Rakesh has developed many mobile source criteria and greenhouse gas emissions models, such as TRANSET, to estimate GHG and CAC emissions for transit systems; Green Vehicle Evaluation and Selection Tool (GVEST); CALAFT, to compare best alternative fuel and technologies; MicroFac©, a micro-scale emission factor model for non-road vehicles and equipment, for North American motor vehicles; and PMFAC and FUELFAC for European motor vehicles.
