He is an Advisor and Mentor to current and upcoming Pharmaceutical Companies. Mr. Gulati served as the President of Global Pharmaceuticals Business at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., until September 30, 2014. He previously served as Global Head of Emerging Market Strategy for Eli Lilly & Co. A seasoned Professional, he is adept at managing large business teams across key functions of Marketing, Business Development and Corporate Strategy. He worked extensively in multicultural global business leadership roles in many countries, including the US, across wide-ranging domains such as business revitalization; change management; in-licensing/out-licensing of technologies and products; the creation and implementation of long term strategies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He serves as a Director of Ranbaxy South Africa Proprietary Limited, Ranbaxy (U.K.) Ltd., Ranbaxy Malaysia Sdn Bhd., S.C. Terapia S.A., Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. and Ohm Laboratories, Inc. He served as a Non-Executive & Independent Director of Eris Lifesciences Limited since February 3, 2017 until October 6 , 2017. He served as an Additional Director at Zenotech Laboratories Limited from February 14, 2014 to November 8, 2014. He served as a Director of Ranbaxy Australia Pty Ltd. until April 28, 2014. He is Chairman of Pharmaceutical Industry and American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), New Delhi, India and an Advisory Board Member of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER). Mr. Gulati holds a post-graduate diploma in international trade from the Panjab University. Mr. Gulati received an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad from 1980 to 1982 and an M. Pharm Degree from the Banaras Hindu University, India from 1977 to 1979. From 1973 to 1977, he also received a B. Pharm Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Delhi University.
