Biography

Mr Courteau's experience consists of over 16 years of corporate management in the civil construction industry. This corporate experience has assisted him in attaining many transferable skills that are an asset in advising our corporate clients. Development of policies and procedures for both the workers and the companies in order to accommodate our organizational plan. Create and maintain a respectable image and strong relationship with our corporate clients and valuable employees with in the construction industry. To evaluate and develop business strategies in order to increase the efficiency of our corporation. To review the corporate/client budget and find the most cost effective solutions in order to meet client needs and meet deadlines. Review proposals and make recommendations in order to increase revenue and future sustainability of our corporation. Review and update standard operating procedures and safety procedures to ensure they encompass all the needs of both our employees and clients. Oversee the training of corporate personnel and employees. Examine and review corporate needs through a proactive instead of reactive approach. Review and update marketing and advertising strategies. Provide leadership, motivation, direction and mentorship to all corporate personnel and employees. Further Mr Courteau as developed a passion for agriculture throughout his career and ever since he was a young boy. He has always wanted to work in the field of agriculture. He wishes to promote agriculture in his local community by including social enterprise to sustain his visions for his local agrarians. He hopes to be able to contribute his business development experience for collaboration efforts within local and surrounding communities. He wishes to attain his visions within his agricultural dream and to hopefully further empower his local adjoining communities economic development in the near future, through agriculture related social enterprise businesses
