Biography
Andrew Doucet is a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Construction Leadership Program and a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager. He currently holds the position of Business Development and Project Manager for rcs construction where he began as a laborer at the age of 18. After 4 years on site Andrew earned a management position heading his own division. After 5 years of divisional success, he became part of the company’s Leadership Team contributing to overall strategic planning and operational efficiency. Andrew is also the proud co-owner of Mill-Right Woodworking, an award winning architectural woodworking facility and is heavily involved in the community sitting on numerous boards, both past, and present including the Nova Scotia Mental Health Board of Trustees, the IWK’s Great Big Dig event, and the Construction Association of Nova Scotia’s (CANS) Developing Young Executives Committee. With over a decade of construction experience under his belt, Andrew is a great asset to rcs and a budding leader in both the construction industry and his community.
