Biography
Kevin Flatt is associate professor of history at Redeemer University College, and chair of the Department of History, Politics, and International Studies. He also serves as the university’s Director of Research. He is the author of After Evangelicalism: The Sixties and the United Church of Canada (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2013), and many articles on the history and sociology of Protestantism in Canada. His research has been covered by CBC Radio, Christianity Today, the Guardian, the Globe and Mail, Maclean’s magazine, the National Post, the Toronto Star, the Washington Post, and Al Mohler’s The Briefing. His column appears in each issue of Faith Today, Canada’s national evangelical magazine. He is currently conducting research on the history of secularization.
