Gary Mole

Biography

Gary has lived on the Northside, for most of his life. He now lives in Bridgeman Downs with his wife Karen, who also sells real estate. Together they make a formidable team. Gary started in real estate in 2002 and has a Certificate 4 in real estate sales and holds a full Real Estate Agents Licence (3362942). Karen Joined him in 2010 (3381533). Gary has completed formal studies in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Business Law and Business Communications. He is a competent Toastmaster and in his earlier years enjoyed public speaking. He was the inaugural President of the Australian Institute of Management’s Young Managers Speaking Club, and in 1995 he became the first National Marketing Manager of a business to business Direct Mail Marketing company in Australia. Gary & Karen initiated the Bridgeman Downs Neighborhood Watch in 2010 of which they are the Area coordinators and as a Justice of the Peace Gary offers a mobile service to the area.

Research Interest

In 2015 Gary and Karen listed 23 homes, of which they sold 22 and of those 22, 14 were sold in the first weekend. This is why they believe opening for inspections on both Saturday's and Sunday's works. Gary & Karen are also well known for helping seniors downsize from their houses to retirement villages, understanding the emotions that may occur during this sometimes difficult phase in life. They pride themselves in making the transition as stress free as possible. Gary has been in the industry since 2001.
