Biography
Lee A. Graber is a Director of RenGold and serves on the Company's Compensation and Audit Committees. From May 2004 to November 2010, he was a director of AuEx. Lee is highly respected in the mining industry and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, with expertise in structuring deals and negotiation. Lee served as Chair of the Special Committee in the negotiations regarding the acquisition of AuEx by Fronteer. Lee has over 35 years of industry experience and is a founding partner of Pacific Road Capital Management Pty Limited, a private equity manager investing in the global mining industry. Lee was the Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavor Financial Ltd., an investment banking firm, and Vice President, Corporate Development for Homestake Mining Company with interests in North and South America and Australia. Lee is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science (1969) and a Masters of Arts (1970). He has served as a director of many mining and development companies including Timmins Gold Corp and Far West Mining and currently serves as a director of First Bauxite Corporation and AUC LLC a private uranium development company.
