Robert G. Boaz

Biography

 Robert G. Boaz is a Director of RenGold and serves on the Company's Compensation and Audit Committees. From February 2007 to November 2010, he served as a director of AuEx and acted in the capacity of Chair of the Audit Committee.  Bob graduated with an honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University of Hamilton, Ontario and has a Masters Degree in Economics from York University in Toronto. He is a highly respected financial and economic strategist in Canadian bond and equity markets with experience related to equity research, portfolio management, institutional sales and investment banking. He, as a member of the special committee of the Board of AuEx was instrumental in the negotiations of the acquisition of AuEx by Fronteer.  Bob has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, more recently as Managing Director, Investment Banking with Raymond James Ltd and Vice-President, Head of Research and in-house portfolio strategist for Dundee Securities Corporation.  He is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Aura Silver Resources Inc., a junior exploration company with properties located in Canada and Mexico; Chairman of the Board of Caracara Silver Inc. and serves on a number of other Boards in the junior exploration industry. He has also had several years experience in management positions for Ontario Hydro, Saskatchewan Power and Consumers Gas.
