Biography
Mr. Jack L. McGinley has been a Founding Partner, Operating Partner and Chairman at RoundTable Healthcare Management, LLC since February 2001. Mr. McGinley plays an important role in RoundTable Healthcare Management, LLC ’s transaction process, including evaluating potential portfolio companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to this, he spent 30 years in senior management positions at Baxter International. He served as Group Vice President of Baxter International Inc. from 1992 to 2001 and was responsible for I.V. Systems and Medical Products Division, Fenwal Division, and Renal Division. He fully allocated profit and loss and balance sheet responsibility for more than $5 billion in annual revenue, comprised of 11 business units with more than 20,000 employees, more than 40 manufacturing facilities in 38 countries and multiple distribution centers. Mr. McGinley led the identification, negotiation, completion, and implementation of 18 platform and line extension transactions, including international acquisitions. Mr. McGinley also served as the President of Drug Delivery at Baxter from 1990 to 1992; President, Baxter Japan from 1987 to 1990; and various senior management positions at Baxter from 1970 to 1987. He has been Chairman of WaveSense, Inc. since September 2015. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of CorePharma, L.L.C., CorePharma Holdings, and Excelsior Medical Corporation. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Sandoz Canada Inc. and Mylan Institutional LLC. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Tower Holdings, Inc. and the Chairman of Lineage. Mr. McGinley serves as a Director at Vanguard Medical Concepts, Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and Xillix Corporation and holds Board seats on other RoundTable portfolio companies. Prior to their successful sales, he served as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Sabex Holdings, Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC, and Bioniche Pharma. Mr. McGinley has been in the healthcare industry for more than 40 years and has significant international management experience, having run several multi-billion dollar diversified global healthcare companies. He has expertise in manufacturing, marketing, new product approval, and negotiation of distribution, and reimbursement agreements with government agencies worldwide. Mr. McGinley completed his Post-Graduate study in Strategic Marketing from Harvard University, in Marketing Management from Dartmouth College, and in Resource Management from University of Virginia and received a B.B.A. in Marketing Administration from North Dakota University in 1970.
