Biography

Mr. Leonard G. Kuhr is the Principal, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at RoundTable Healthcare Management, LLC, since February 2001. Mr. Kuhr joined the firm at inception and is responsible for the financial results and operations of the firm’s portfolio companies, financial due diligence, and management of the firm’s internal finances, operations, and administration. Additionally, he has responsibility for the administrative activities and compliance for the Firm. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TruServ Corporation from January 2000 till January 2001. Here, Mr. Kuhr renegotiated debt financing, established a new finance team, re-established financial credibility, completed a $1.4 billion divestiture, and refocused the business on cost reduction. He also served as the Corporate Vice President and Treasurer at Cardinal Health, Inc. from February 1999 till January 2000 and was responsible for establishing a $1 billion revolving credit agreement, restructuring long-term debt arrangements, leading post-merger integration efforts, and managing the corporate tax function, accounts receivable, and risk management areas. Mr. Kuhr also served as the Corporate Vice President and Treasurer at Allegiance Corporation from 1996 to 1999. He played a key role in driving improved cash flows, which led to a ratings upgrade, the launch of an A2/P2 commercial paper program, a stock repurchase program, and an executive shared investment program. Mr. Kuhr held various corporate finance and operating financial management positions at Baxter International and American Hospital Supply from 1979 to 1996. He serves on the Board of Directors of Argon Medical Devices Inc. Mr. Kuhr has extensive financial management experience including over 35 years of financial and transactional experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Kuhr is a C.P.A., Illinois, 1980. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in 1991; an M.S. degree in Taxation from DePaul University in 1981; and a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Loyola University in 1979.
