Biography

Mr. R. Craig Collister has been a Senior Partner at RoundTable Healthcare Management, LLC since July 2010. Mr. Collister serves as a Senior Partner at RoundTable Healthcare Partners, L.P. and RoundTable Healthcare Partners II, L.P. He is a Senior Transaction Partner of RoundTable and focuses primarily on the transaction, evaluation, execution and financing of new platform investments and portfolio companies’ add-ons. Mr. Collister is also deeply involved with the ongoing mergers and acquisition and financing activities of RoundTable’s existing portfolio companies. Previously, he was a Partner at Roundtable from May 2006 to July 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Collister was the Principal at RoundTable Healthcare Management from February 2005 to April 2006 and a Vice President from June 2002 to January 2005. He joined RoundTable Healthcare Management in June 2002 after interning as a Senior Associate from May 2001 to August 2001. Prior to joining RoundTable, he held various investment banking positions at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Collister worked as an Associate in the Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Here, he contributed to the execution of numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions assignments ranging from a $10 million divestiture to a multi-billion dollar privatization. Mr. Collister also served as a Financial Analyst in the Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation’s Investment Banking Department. He contributed to the execution of numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and financings in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Collister worked directly with Mr. Warnock and Mr. Koo on numerous transactions. He serves on the Board of Directors of Argon, Excelsior, and Salter. He has been a Director of Symmetry Surgical Inc. since July 01, 2016. He previously served on the board of Clinical Innovations and Aspen, prior to their sales. Mr. Collister has a vast mergers and acquisitions and financing experience. Mr. Collister holds an M.B.A. in 2002 from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science with distinction in 1996 from University of Michigan.
