Biography

Mr. Glen McMillan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. Mr. McMillan has been Chief Financial Officer at Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. since May 19, 2015. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Real Estate Services Manager Limited at Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. He served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Fraser Papers Inc. since May 13, 2010. He serves as Director of Brookfield Real Estate Services Manager Limited at Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. Mr. McMillan served as Chief Financial Officer of Fraser Papers Inc., since April 25, 2007 and its Senior Vice President since April 21, 2004. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Fraser Papers Inc. at Acadian Timber Income Fund from April 21, 2004 to 2007. Mr. McMillan served as Vice President, Controller and Corporate Secretary of Norbord Inc. from 1999 to 2004. He served as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management for more than four years, where he managed a portfolio of more than 40 investments, orchestrating numerous acquisitions, consolidations and expansions of the businesses within the portfolio. Prior to, He served as Vice President of Finance and Secretary for Noranda Forest Inc. He has depth of executive finance and operational experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.
