Mr. Kevin A. Cash served as the Chief Financial officer and Senior Vice President of Brookfield Real Estate Services Manager Limited, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. and Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. until May 14, 2015. Mr. Cash serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Microforum Inc. Mr. Cash has been Chief Financial Officer of Royal LePage Franchise Services Fund since January 6, 2003. Mr. Cash serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Residential Income Fund Manager Limited, Manager of Royal Lepage Franchise Services Fund. He served as Chief Financial officer of Brookfield Real Estate Services Limited, a manager of Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc until May 14, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Cash also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Brascan Business Services, a division of Brascan Financial from 1999 to present. He serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Brascan Total Return Management Ltd., a manager of Brascan Soundvest Total Return Fund. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Director of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., Manager of Brascan Soundvest Rising Distribution Split Trust. He serves as a Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brascan Adjustable Rate Management Ltd., Manager of Brascan Adjustable Rate Trust I. He serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Director of Brascan Focused Business Management Ltd., the Manager of Brascan Soundvest Focused Business Trust. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Brookfield Investment Funds Management Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Homeserve Technologies Inc. from January 6, 2006 to June 16, 2007. He serves as Director of Residential Income Fund Manager Limited. Prior to joining Brascan Business Services, Mr. Cash served as Director of Finance at Canbras Communications Corp., a publicly held subsidiary of Bell Canada International providing cable and telephone systems in Brazil from 1997 to 1999 and Brookfield Investment Funds Management Inc.
