Biography
Al is an educator with Elk Island Public schools and has been teaching for more than 35 years. He taught grade 6 for two years, high school Biology for 17 years and is finishing his 16th year teaching science at F.R. Haythorne Junior High school in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Al completed his Education Degree (1980) at the University of Alberta with a major in Biological Sciences and completed his Masters (2001) through San Diego State University with a focus on Educational Leadership.
