Biography
Pierre-Alain Giffard is Assistant professor of Department of Theology at the Saint Paul University. He is the director of Practical Theology in charge of the D.Min. and M.Div. programs. He is specialized in Church Growth. Prior to his work at Saint Paul University he worked as director of pastoral services in two different dioceses. He is the author of the book : La croissance de l'Eglise ; outils et réflexions pour dynamiser nos paroisses (Church Growth; Tools And Reflections To Empower Our Parishes (Éditions des Béatitudes, 2012). He also lived in China where he started and ran a distribution company with his wife Mary. He firmly believes that parishes can be both missional and relevant in today's culture and be instruments of God for the healing, salvation and blessing of the world.
