Biography
Magnus Juhlin is the Vice President of Support & Quality at Procera Networks and responsible for Procera's Technical Customer Support Satisfaction and Quality. He joined Procera as VP of Support & Quality to build and maintain great support for Procera's customers and Partners and to execute Procera's ambition to drive Product Quality, Customer Value, Adoption and Customer Success. Prior to Procera, Magnus held various roles in management positions in both hardware and software Companies. Amongst others, Hewlett Packard, Dell, Sony Ericsson and most recently Qlik as a Director for Global Support. Aside from his 23 years in the technology space, he holds an Executive MBA from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
