Biography
Richard joined Procera Networks as Chief Financial Officer in July 2015 bringing over 17 years of financial and management expertise in technology, software and telecommunications to the company. Prior to joining Procera Networks, he served as VP, Finance and CFO for Tektronix Communications (a Danaher Company), a leading worldwide provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation. During his tenure as CFO of Tektronix Communications, the company’s revenue grew at 13% CAGR to greater than $450M and operating profits expanded at 27% CAGR to greater than $125M. He played significant roles in acquiring 4 companies resulting in approximately $500M of deployed strategic capital. Prior to Tektronix Communications, he also held significant financial management roles at Inet Technologies and Sterling Software. He holds a MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and a BBA in Finance from Midwestern State University.
