Biography
Samir has twenty nine years of experience in communications industry and was most recently VP & GM of New Markets BU at Netscout. Prior to it, he was VP of Products & Portfolio Management for both Service Provider and Enterprise businesses. He was instrumental in successfully harmonizing portfolio of disparate businesses from Netscout’s acquisition of Danaher’s communication platform. He has held several key leadership positions in the company over last 18 years including Product Management, Channel Sales and Product & Commercial Marketing. Samir has worked in various capacities at Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent in Engineering and Services organizations. He holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
