Tim Taylor

Biography

 Tim founded Tri-County Veterans Support Network in reaction to witnessing the hardships that other veterans have experienced as they transition home. Harkening back to his own experiences of beginning again after his time in the military, Tim wanted to do something to effectively advocate for and help his fellow brothers and sisters in arms with a spirit of excellence. Prior to forming Tri-County Veterans Support Network, Tim was President of a private marketing and investment firm marketing technologies from overseas to governmental entities to enhance their services while reducing costs of existing services in the fields of Defense, Energy, National Emergency Crisis Response, and Transportation and conversely introducing technologies to our allies across the globe. Tim also served as an Operations Manager for a mortgage company focused on residential mortgages for over 10 years. This is not his first experience in being a part of a great nonprofit organization. He also served as a Regional Director for a nonprofit organization focused on teaching and restoring character in our youth in Schools across the Lowcountry of South Carolina. He also ran a speakers bureau facilitating appearances on national programs like ABC’s Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, numerous national appearances on several shows on Fox News and CNN as well as the Sean Hannity Show for a number of dynamic leaders including South Carolina’s own Senator Tim Scott. Tim Taylor has also had articles picked up by Reuters and Associated Press published in papers across the country. Tim came to Charleston, SC in 1993 after leaving the Army to pursue a double major of History and Psychology at the College of Charleston.
