Nancy

Biography

 Nancy leads Global Human Resources and North America Environmental Health & Safety.  Nancy provides strategic human resources counsel and guidance as well as driving business effectiveness through HR strategy, total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and human resources and EH&S policy and program development. Nancy is an accomplished human resources leader with almost 20 years of business and human resources experience. Nancy joined Sekisui Diagnostics in April of 2015.  Her most recent experience includes HR Leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and SIG Sauer. She brings extensive experience in working with leadership teams to develop effective business strategies, organizational development, and performance management systems across multi-site, domestic and international operations. ​Nancy holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, M.S. in Organizational Leadership and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She also has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification, is a Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt, and a certified facilitator through Development Dimensions International. Nancy is a member of the Society of Human Resources, Human Resources Leadership Forum and New England Human Resources Association.
