Timothy J. Bancroft

Biography

Mr. Timothy J. Bancroft, also known as Tim, serves as a Vice President of Technology, Sustainable Development and Public Affairs of Shell Canada Ltd. Mr. Bancroft served as an Executive Vice President of PAETEC Communications, Inc. He served as Treasurer of PAETEC Holding Corp. and of its Operating Subsidiary, PAETEC Communications Inc. since September 2003. Mr. Bancroft served as Vice President of Finance at PAETEC Holding Corp. from June 1998 to September 2003 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from February 28, 2007 to March 25, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance, and Treasurer of PAETEC Communications from January 2001 to September 2003, and as Vice President, Finance of PAETEC Communications Inc. from July 1998 to January 2001. From June 1993 to June 1998, Mr. Bancroft served as Vice President of Finance for a subsidiary of Citizens Communications Inc., a company engaged in telecommunications and utilities businesses. From 1971 to June 1993, Mr. Bancroft held several financial positions with Rochester Telephone Corporation, now known as Frontier Communications Corporation. Mr. Bancroft serves as the Chairman of CanWest. He has been a Director of United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Ltd. since 2008. Mr. Bancroft serves on the boards of the Hillside Children's Center and the Al Sigl Center in Rochester, N.Y. as well as the Perinton Recreation and Parks Commission in Perinton N.Y. He holds B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
